First Visit
Your first visit is an important opportunity for us to get to know you—and for you to get comfortable with our team and office. From the moment you walk in, our staff is here to make sure your experience is smooth, informative, and stress-free.
If you haven’t completed your forms online, we’ll assist you in filling them out in-office.
Be sure to bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of any medications you’re currently taking.
Initial Examination
Your first appointment typically includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays (if needed), and an evaluation of your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw joints.
We may also perform a gentle cleaning, depending on your needs and available time.
We’ll review any findings with you in detail and answer all of your questions. Together, we’ll build a treatment plan that fits your health goals, schedule, and budget.
